The Omen 666 is a remake of the 1976 classic horror film. It
stars Liev Schreiber, Julia Stiles, Mia Farrow and David Thewlis. According to
IMDB.com, the role of Katherine Thorn was originally offered to Rachel Weisz who
declined because she was pregnant at the time. Other actresses considered for
the part were Laura Linney, Hope Davis, and Alicia Witt, before Mia Farrow,
recommended Julia Stiles who finally got the part. Not that we have anything
against the talented Julia Stiles, but it would have been pretty cool to see
Liev teamed up once again with Hope Davis.
